Welcome to Angelic Shots™! By purchasing any of my  services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before confirming your session:

1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit (half of service price total) is required to secure your service. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session/delivery date. Sessions are not confirmed until a deposit has been received.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

I understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Deposits can be transferred once to a new date when proper notice is given. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

3. Copyright & Usage

All images captured by Angelic Shots™ are protected by copyright law. Clients receive a limited license for personal use and sharing. Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written consent from Angelic Shots™. I reserve the right to use images for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing before your session.

 

 

4. Editing & Delivery
 

All delivered images are professionally edited in Angelic Shots™ signature style. Unedited or “raw” files are not provided. Typical turnaround time: 7–14 business days (unless rush delivery has been purchased).

 

 

5. Client Responsibility
 

Please arrive on time and prepared for your session. Extra time cannot be added for late arrivals. Angelic Shots™ is not responsible for clothing choices, makeup, or missed shots due to tardiness or lack of preparation.

 

 

6. Liability
 

While every effort is made to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, Angelic Shots™ is not liable for injury, property damage, or loss that may occur during your session.

 

 

7. Agreement
 

By booking with Angelic Shots™, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
